It happened today. I was on my way home from Panera after meeting with a group of writers…. (It makes my heart happy just to type that.)
I was just driving along, minding my own business and then I saw it… A CAR CARRIER.
(My first car-carrier sighting of the season.) 
I actually uttered a little, “Oh, no,” when I saw the semi parked outside a neighborhood along Vanderbilt Beach Road….
Matt and I are prepared this “season”, though, because we just subscribed to Blue Apron!
We’re using the snowbirds as ammunition to learn how to cook. (And, simultaneously avoiding the soon-to-be crowded grocery stores.)
